12/13/2024Jeremy is a Rock StarI was so impressed with the response and accuracy my car was diagnosed by Jeremy in the chat function. I received a detailed detection of my cars issue and based on my location ,I was directed to a member facility. They were expecting my call and I set an appointment . Jeremy was awesome on the chat and then on the phone call to make sure that I had all the help I needed. I felt like I was speaking with a friend or family member who cared about me and my safety. So polite and so knowledgeable.

@dariush21731901/07/2025saved me $4K!!!I worked with Jeremy to help diagnose an issue with my car and find a shop to complete the work. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, taught me key questions to ask repair shops, and provided me with a list of reputable shops at a fraction of my original repair cost. what I thought was a $6K repair, ended up being $1900!! I'd highly recommend using this service to diagnose issues, and find a trustworthy shop to do your repairs. I will definitely utilize raise a hood in the future!
