THE MOST TRANSPARENT
To even be considered, a shop must complete a rigorous 100-point evaluation and earn a minimum score of 75% or higher. We do our homework including in person evaluations of shops and only approve those who truly meet the standards set by Raise a Hood.
The certification was carefully developed to assess real-world performance, from the technical skills and auto education of technicians to customer satisfaction, transparency, pricing, safety standards, and operational integrity.
Shops do not just get certified once and move on. We recertify every year to ensure they continue delivering top-tier service.
